We have contacts at the highest levels of the Home Office, TLS and VFS and whilst we cannot guarantee a decision, we are often able to enter into dialogue with senior level officials in regard to complex cases and get applications expedited. Through our team’s continued work with ILPA for the economic migration working group, we are at the forefront of discussions with the Home Office on policy reforms and are fully up to speed with all areas of UK immigration law as well as the practicalities which are crucial to applications progressing smoothly.
