Brand Protection partner, Amanda McDowall, was a panellist at Derwent London Women’s Affiliation Network’s event on allyship this week. As part of the session, Amanda shared thought-provoking insights on the importance of creating an equitable workplace culture where women can thrive, alongside Ola Gwozdz (UK delegate to the UN Commission on the status of women) and Tom Wilcock (director and board member, ARUP).
