Lee & Thompson is delighted to have leveraged its long-standing expertise in the Live Events sector in advising the owners of multinational hosted-buyer events company Partnership Network Events (PNE) on the sale of a majority stake to CloserStill Media.

Lee & Thompson’s Head of Corporate, Partner Malcolm Murray and Associate George Nicolaides acted for UK-based PNE’s founder and CEO, Jack Jacob and COO, Dean Finnegan, on the deal which sees the 50-strong PNE team forge a partnership with CloserStill Media to enhance its offering of high-value, content-driven events and conferences that nurture the public sector, healthcare and education sectors communities in global markets including those undergoing significant innovation.
