L&T advises management of Nineteen Group in significant investment

We are delighted to have advised the shareholders and management of leading events and media company, Nineteen Group on the investment by Phoenix Equity Partners’ £200m continuation fund into Nineteen Group, extending the existing strategic partnership with Phoenix Equity Partners from 2018.

Nineteen Group is one of the UK’s leading event and media companies, running over 21 tradeshows across 3 continents. This ongoing and enhanced partnership with Phoenix Equity Group includes investment from Kline Hill Partners and Ares Management.

The deal was led by Head of Corporate, Malcolm Murray, Partner Joshua Metliss and Associate Ria Sadrudin.
