Lee & Thompson is pleased to have acted for the shareholders of ProcureTech, the digital accelerator advancing the future of procurement, on the sale of the company to ORO Labs, the market’s leading enterprise-grade intake management and procurement orchestration platform.

This high-profile cross-border acquisition marks a significant milestone in the evolution of procurement technology. As enterprises continue to grapple with fragmented tech stacks and complex procurement processes, the acquisition positions ORO Labs to drive global growth, deepen strategic partnerships, and accelerate adoption of its GenAI-powered orchestration platform.

Lee & Thompson advised the ProcureTech shareholders throughout the deal lifecycle, delivering strategic legal advice across corporate, technology and cross-jurisdictional issues.
