Last month, members of our Employment team were invited by the London Business School’s Women in Business club to deliver an informative session entitled “Know Your Rights: UK Employment Law Basics”.

Partner, Danielle Lobel-Weiss and associate, Neha Solanki highlighted several important aspects of UK employment law to an audience of MBA students, including general employment law rights for all workers, sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination at work, and parental leave policies.

The purpose of the talk was to shed a light on these areas of UK law particularly in relation to women’s rights in the workplace.

The audience comprised individuals at varying levels of their careers spanning a range of industry sectors.
