L&T hosts first AdTech summit for advertising publishers

Last week Lee & Thompson was thrilled to host “Publisher Perspectives”, a unique all-day summit for advertising publishers exploring the AdTech industry. The event brought together around 50 key voices from the publishing world into our office to engage in dynamic discussions about the industry’s current landscape and future trends.

L&T Partner Nick Swimer was the keynote speaker on the day. He spoke about the legal and commercial realities of programmatic advertising, exploring publisher rights, responsibilities and strategies for publishers to assert greater control in today’s increasingly complex and opaque programmatic ecosystem.

Other sessions included fireside chats on how publishers can win over agencies, monetising publisher data and meeting agency expectations, making video work for audience engagement and revenue growth, as well as the low down on defining premium publishing.

We hosted the summit in collaboration with JobsInAdtech.com‘s Jon Walsh and Link Me Consulting’s Steven Beckwith. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each panel, as well as network between the sessions.
