The panel, titled “The Exit Algorithm: Winning Strategies for Tech M&A” led by Corporate Partner, Andy Moseby, alongside Jason Purcell, CEO and co-founder of FirstCapital and Marcus Exall, investor and founder of Up And To The Right, discuss the complexities of tech M&A, providing founders and investors with actionable strategies to navigate the exit process successfully.
