Lee & Thompson Immigration legal director Anushka Sinha and paralegal Harri Hudson delivered a webinar to members of PACT, a UK screen trade body, on the UK Immigration System within the media and entertainment sector.

The presentation explained how to navigate the complexities of UK immigration law , including immigration routes most relevant to creative industries, such as Global Talent & Exceptional Promise, Skilled Worker & Creative Worker visas and sponsorships, as well as the Creative Worker concessions in the visitor route.

Anushka and Harri also gave an overview of past and current political landscapes and the predicted legal changes that will be introduced by Labour’s White Paper due to be released later in 2025.

PACT is a UK screen trade body for independent production and distribution companies, and endorses film and television applicants to Global Talent visas on behalf of Arts Council England.
