We have celebrated Pride Month at Lee & Thompson in two new ways this year.

Our staff donated unwanted clothing for a charitable clothes swap initiative organised by Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust. The clothes swap offered local LGBT+ young persons free donated clothing to refresh their wardrobe without judgement, in a safe and affirming environment.

Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust is a charity that supports, educates and inspires young LGBT+ persons and those around them through accessible activities, programmes and services that aim to empower community members, provide essential resources, advocate for young LGBT+ rights, and embrace, promote and endorse the diversity of young persons.

We then held a Pride celebration for all our staff on our offices’ roof terrace, where we once again served Proud Beer, an LGBTQ+-owned business which donates a share of its profits to Diversity Role Models, The Albert Kennedy Trust and The Terrance Higgins Trust.
