What better time to shine a light on our apprentices than during National Apprenticeship Week 2022?

Here at Lee & Thompson we are proud to support apprenticeships within our Business Services division, with Niala Abraham and Oliver Wheeler working in skilled roles in the disciplines of HR/Facilities and Technology, respectively.

Niala and Oliver continue to demonstrate ambition and contribute diligently towards major business operational projects at the firm, in turn playing a key role in supporting our teams as we adapt to a new normal of hybrid working and our office move to 80 Charlotte Street. Niala joined our HR & Facilities team through LDN Apprenticeships just before lockdown and has proved to be an invaluable, adaptable and flexible member of the team.  She completed her apprenticeship in Spring 2021 and at that point was offered and accepted a permanent role.  Oliver recently joined our IT team after leaving school and as the IT Helpdesk Assistant, his main duties include assisting the rest of his team and dealing with queries from lawyers across the firm on all things information technology.

Not only does the scheme bring so many benefits to us, but it also opens our doors as wide as possible and, we hope, makes opportunities to work for a specialist law firm in the media and creative industries an attainable and appealing prospect.
