Reno Antoniades set to walk 153 km in the Scottish Highlands for CALM

30th May 2024

This June, Lee & Thompson’s Managing Partner, Reno Antoniades will be setting off on a week-long, 96 miles (153 km) trek along the breathtaking wild landscapes of Scotland’s West Highland Way  in support of our Charity of the Year 2024/5, CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

The trek spans from Milngavie on the edge of Glasgow to Fort William at the foot of Ben Nevis and includes an incline of 550m (1,804 feet) above sea level, to the summit of the ‘Devil’s Staircase’.

CALM is a charity which works at the forefront of a movement against suicide, aiming to change the staggering statistics; every week, 125 people in the UK take their own lives, with 75% being male. The charity’s mission is to offer life-saving services, spark crucial conversations and unite people in rejecting living miserably. Just £12.20 can fund one potentially life-saving call.

Any donations are greatly appreciated and will boost Reno’s morale throughout the week.
