Lee & Thompson is delighted to have advised the shareholders of TV production and distribution company WAG Entertainment (What on Earth?, Weird Earth, Strange Evidence, Combat Dealers) on a deal which sees Asacha Media Group (AMG), the recently launched Paris-based production group, take a majority stake in the company.

The deal will spearhead growth opportunities for Wag Entertainment’s cross-platform slate both in the UK and US, while expanding the business into AMG’s core European markets.

Advising on the transaction were Malcolm Murray, Lucy Strauss and Chrissie Edgar in our Corporate team with support from James Baker and April (formerly Efrat) Gordon in our Employment team.
