2023 marks the firm’s 40th anniversary and so far, it has been an exciting year during which we have welcomed some fantastic new people to the Lee & Thompson team.  This recruitment boost has pushed the firm’s headcount beyond 100 people for the first time and our Partnership is now at its largest in our history.

We have been delighted to welcome the following new team members since the beginning of the year, working across departments, industry sectors and practice areas:

Our focus on recruitment this year has been driven by the sheer volume of client work across all departments, signalling the burst of creative, commercial and corporate activity across the creative industries, post pandemic.  We are delighted to see so many of our clients thriving and excited about what the future holds.
