Anushka Sinha - Legal Director, Employment & Immigration

A senior immigration lawyer, Anushka is a Legal Director in our Employment & Immigration team where she specialises in all areas of business and personal immigration to the UK.

Anushka brings over 20 years’ legal experience across the digitech and entertainment sectors, having held senior associate roles at Vanessa Ganguin Immigration Law, Deloitte LLP and Kemp Little. Anushka began her career at Laura Devine Solicitors and moved to the US to launch its New York UK immigration practice. Anushka read Law with French at Manchester Metropolitan University followed by the LPC at the College of Law London. She also completed a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Social Sciences, Toulouse.

Anushka is recognised in independent legal directories Chambers, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal, described as “an excellent immigration lawyer who really knows her stuff and is very helpful” as well as someone who “goes the extra mile for her clients. She cares about the outcome of her client cases.
