Esmé Briggs - Paralegal, Film & TV

Esmé is a Paralegal in our Film & TV department where she assists producers, sales agents, distributors and financiers on production-related matters. She joined Lee & Thompson in 2024 shortly after completing our Vacation Scheme.

Esmé read Law at The University of Oxford and completed a year abroad at Leiden University specialising in European law. Whilst completing the LPC at BPP Law School, Esmé undertook an internship at Reviewed and Cleared, where her legal experience included researching copyright exceptions, media law training, reviewing legal articles and giving client presentations.

Esmé also runs regularly and enjoys theatre and cinema. She was Vice President of the Oxford Law Society, an active participant in Oxford University Dramatic Society and a member of the Blues team for Oxford University Swimming Club.
