Fiona Hartwell - Senior Associate, Corporate & Commercial

Fiona is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial department. She advises those in the creative and technology sectors on commercial matters including contracts, software licensing and data protection.

Fiona brings experience from an in-house legal role at Manchester United Football Club where she advised on various legal issues surrounding stadium operations, match day operations and general business functions. She trained at a global corporate firm, Eversheds Sutherland LLP, having completed training seats in Banking & Finance and Real Estate as well as an International Arbitration seat in the firm’s Paris office and a secondment to Manchester United Football Club.

Having read Law and French at the University of Leeds, Fiona completed the LPC at BPP Law School in Manchester.
