George Nicolaides - Associate, Corporate & Commercial

George joined Lee & Thompson in 2023 and is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial department, advising clients across the creative industries.

Prior to joining the firm, George trained at Addleshaw Goddard before qualifying into their Corporate team, where he worked as an associate for two years, acting for a range of clients in private M&A and private equity transactions across multiple sectors.

George studied at the University of Nottingham before completing his LPC (achieving a distinction) at BPP in London. Outside of work, he enjoys sports (particularly running and martial arts), creative writing and is also part of a music platform that hosts events and promotes artists in the electronic music industry.
