Jack Walmsley - Trainee

Jack is a Trainee Solicitor at Lee & Thompson and assists across a broad range of matters spanning the creative industries.

Jack began his training contract in 2023, having first joined the firm as a Paralegal in the Corporate & Commercial department in 2022 after completing our Vacation Scheme.

After reading Law at Cardiff University, where he obtained first class honours, Jack completed the LPC with integrated Master’s degree at the University of Law where he wrote an independent report on the legal status of crypto assets and smart contract technology. He supported the University of Law’s Employment Tribunal Support Services and Small Business Advice Clinic.

Jack is an ambassador for a grass-roots legal justice charity JENGbA.  As well as a pianist and guitarist, Jack enjoys creating music and collaborating with other artists.
