Laura Gibson - Associate, Film & TV

Laura joined Lee & Thompson in 2019 and is an Associate in the Film & TV department, advising financiers, producers, sales agents and distributors on matters involving the financing, development, production and distribution of film and television productions.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura gained experience in the legal department at film studio Fox Searchlight where she was a Paralegal for 18 months, supporting with contracts across a suite of film productions, including Tolkien, Lucy in the Sky, Downhill and Antlers.

Laura read History and Greek Civilisation at The University of Leeds before achieving her GDL and LL.M (Masters) with a distinction at the University of Law.
