Saher Amin - Paralegal, Film & TV

Saher is a paralegal in our Film & TV department where she assists producers, sales agents, distributors and financiers on production-related matters. She joined Lee & Thompson in 2023, having completed our 2022 Vacation Scheme.

Saher completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) at University of Kent and her LPC at the University of Law, obtaining a Distinction in her Independent Research Essay on the topic of copyright in the Digital Single Market. She then completed a Master of Laws in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law whilst working at Open-Ended Design, an organisation that platforms and brings together those who work at the intersection of design, technology and social impact. Saher spent time as a legal researcher and commercial awareness content writer and gained paralegal experience in both London and Nairobi in Corporate, Commercial, IP, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Litigation departments.

Saher is also a Director of The Mohamed Amin Foundation in Nairobi, working to preserve a historic media archive and promote and educate African students, journalists and filmmakers.
