Tom Holloway - Paralegal - Corporate & Commercial

Tom is a Paralegal in Lee & Thompson’s Corporate & Commercial department, having joined in 2023 soon after completing our Vacation Scheme.

Whilst working as a Paralegal at Lewis Silkin LLP, Tom gained in-house legal experience at Warner Bros. Discovery during a secondment in its Local Film Distribution and International Television Production departments.

Having read English Literature at King’s College London, Tom completed a MA in Law at The University of Law, earning a Distinction.

Prior to embarking on a career in law, Tom worked as a theatre producer for a number of years. Here, Tom worked on several West End productions, for companies including The Old Vic, Kenny Wax Ltd and The Walt Disney Company. Prior to this, Tom was a former member of the National Youth Theatre where he treaded the boards.
